Can you delete a jackd account? ›

If you don't think you'll use Jack'd again, you can request to have your profile permanently deleted. Please keep in mind that you won't be able to reactivate your profile or view previous chats, albums, waves, views or other information shared within Jack'd.

If you do not recall your profile email or password, you can reset it by accessing the password reset tool from the login screen in Jack'd.

Jack'd Pro can only be active on one profile at any given time. Sharing of the same Apple ID for multiple profiles is not supported and may cause issues with your profile being transferred from one profile to the other.

The easiest might be to Google the name of the service, followed by "delete account". Countless how-tos will pop up that you can follow. Sites like JustDelete.me contain a cache of deletion instructions for various accounts, and contacting customer support – via chat or even phone – is always an option.

If your profile has been suspended for a guidelines violation, you should contact Jack'd Support to request a review of your profile. While profile suspensions may be appealed, we reserve the right to review each request on a case-by-case basis.

Locate the Jack'd app icon on your home screen. Tap and hold the icon. Select App info from the context menu that appears. Then tap Storage then tap Clear storage or Clear data.

If you'd prefer to keep your account but would like to stop receiving promotional messages you could change your preferences online, or by pressing 'unsubscribe' on one of our marketing messages. If you want to delete your online account, please contact us with your details our team will help you further.

Conversations that have been manually cleared will no longer be available in your history.

Our team will review the profile and take appropriate action. You can learn more about reporting profiles here. If you encounter someone who has upset you but not necessarily broken any rules, we suggest tapping the Report icon in the top right corner of their profile and selecting Block.

Stealth mode gives you privacy options for views and for grids. By enabling Stealth mode, you can view another member's profile without leaving a 'track' on their Viewers screen and/or hide your profile from the Global section of Discover. Stealth (Viewers) View profiles without appearing in the members' Viewers grid.

Uninstalling JACK

Just open the “Programs and Features” in the Windows Control Panel and remove “JACK2 version …” from there. This will uninstall the JACK Server, JACK-Router and QjackCtl.

Jack'd has decided to disable all screenshots on mobile devices. The latest version of the app, Jack'd 4.0, brings new measures to remove the ability to screenshot while the app is open. The update also includes another measure to improve security – the location-blurring tool announced last month.

Touch Controls > Service > Jack Mode to disable self-leveling.

Tap on your Grindr profile. Select the Settings ⚙️ icon on the top-left corner. Tap on Deactivate. Select "Delete Account".

Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the top-right corner. Click Manage account. Click Cancel account at the bottom of the page. Note: If you have an active subscription, you'll be prompted to cancel it in order to delete the account.
